1.Reservation and Check-in
- Reservation Confirmation: Upon arrival, guests must present a valid confirmation email.
- Identification: Valid government-issued identification is required for all guests at check-in.
- Check-in Time: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
- Payment: Full payment is required at check-in. We accept major credit cards and cash. A security deposit may be required for incidentals.
2.Check-out
- Check-out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
- Express Check-out: Guests can use the express check-out service by calling the front desk and leaving the keys at the front desk.
3.Cancellation PolicyIndividualReservations
A. StandardRate:
- Cancellation Period:
- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Late Cancellation:
- If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check-in, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
- No-Show Policy:
- A fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged if a guest does not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation.
B. Non-RefundableRate:
- Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any time.
- No-Show Policy:
- If a guest does not show up for their reservation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
GroupReservations (5 or more rooms)
A. StandardRate:
- Cancellation Period:
- Groups can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Late Cancellation:
- If a cancellation is made less than 30 days but more than 21 days before check-in, a fee of 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
- If a cancellation is made less than 21 days before check-in, a fee of 75% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
- No-Show Policy:
- If the group does not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
B. Non-RefundableRate:
- Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations at any time.

- If the group does not show up for their reservation, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
SpecialConsiderations:
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies, the hotel may waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
- Health-Related Cancellations:
- Guests who need to cancel due to medical emergencies or health-related issues may be eligible for a waiver of cancellation fees upon providing appropriate documentation.
- Group Contract:
- Additional terms and conditions may be outlined in a separate contract for group reservations. The group leader is responsible for reviewing and adhering to these terms.
Modifications:
- Date Changes:
- Guests and groups can modify their reservation dates up to 14 days before check-in for individual reservations and up to 21 days before check-in for group reservations, subject to availability.
- Reduction in Group Size:
- Any reduction in the number of rooms for a group reservation must be made at least 45 days before check-in. Reductions made after this period may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the canceled rooms.
4.Room Policy
- Non-Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for any violations.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Occupancy: Room occupancy limits must be adhered to. Extra guests will incur $30 additional charges each.
5.Guest Conduct
- Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Charges for damages will be billed to the guest's account.
- Behavior: Disorderly conduct, illegal activities, or any behavior that threatens the safety and comfort of other guests or staff will result in immediate eviction without refund.
6.Amenities and Services
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided. Please notify the front desk if you do not do housekeeping.
- Towel Reuse Program: If you need fresh towels, please place the used ones on the floor. If not, kindly hang them up so they can be used again. This small action helps us save water and reduce the use of detergents.
- Conserve Water While Bathing: Consider turning off the shower while lathering, shampooing, or shaving. This simple habit can save a significant amount of water.
- Laundry: Laundry services are available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details.
- Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Transportation and Tour: Contact our Guest Services Department.
- Breakfast: Served from 7-11 AM.
7.Safety and Security
- Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, please follow the posted evacuation routes and instructions from staff.
- Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8.Liability
- Personal Injury: The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries that occur on the property due to guest negligence.
- Loss of Property: The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
9.Special Requests
- Accommodations: Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.
- Accessibility: Accessible rooms and services are available. Please notify the hotel in advance of any specific needs.
10.Feedback and Complaints
- Feedback: We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please contact the front desk or leave a review.
- Complaints: Any complaints should be directed to management, who will address your concerns promptly.
